Overview

AO:LifeCycle Services is AccuCode's comprehensive IT services offering designed to ensure that our customers receive the highest return possible from their technology investment, at the lowest possible cost of ownership. The services include staging, configuration, deployment, help desk support, remote management and troubleshooting, Return Mechandise Authorization (RMA) processing, repair, overnight replacement and spare pool management. Around these services we have built the AO:LifeCycle Portal and have integrated AirWatch for mobile device management and remote updates. The LifeCycle Portal, ties together an entire ecosystem that includes any combination desired by the customer's end users, customer's IT departments, independent software vendors, hardware manufactures and suppliers, and repair partners. Because the LifeCycle Portal is a web architected, multi-tenant, hosted solution, all participants in the ecosystem have the ability to access data and support the user in real-time. The system facilitates all aspects of help desk, troubleshooting, remotely changing configurations or pushing out software and firmware updates. If it is determined that the device is broken then the system facilitates the RMA process, return, replacement, triage, repair and return to population. Our approach has been designed to apply to a wide range of users and devices. It can be quickly and easily tailored to even the most unique customer requirements and populations.

The AO:LifeCycle Portal is a web architected, multi-tenant, hosted solution, all participants in the ecosystem have the ability to access data and support the user in real-time. The system facilitates all aspects of help desk, and troubleshooting. Through our hosted mobile device management tools we can remotely change configurations or push out software and firmware updates. If it is determined that the device is broken then the system facilitates the RMA process, return, replacement, triage, repair and return to population.

AO:LifeCycle Services Hub

Located in Louisville, KY, is the AO:LifeCycle Services Hub, which is the eco-center for all services and support activities. The AO:LifeCycle Services team manages quality control, including imaging, testing, and special projects, such as the deployment of new applications. The AO:LifeCycle Services Hub provides cost effective shared services to all Hub partners: Staging, Configuration, Shipping, and Hardware and Software Help Desk Support. All your devices will be managed from our AO:LifeCycle Services Hub.

AO:LifeCycle Partner Program

AO:LifeCycle Partner Program provides a custom e-commerce experience for our Partners’ customer to purchase the correct hardware for their application. The available catalog of devices and configurations is designated by the ISV to ensure that the customer purchases the correct hardware and peripherals.

Our Partners will have the option to include any LifeCycle Services bundled with all hardware purchases in order to provide the customer with a level of service and support that will keep the hardware in the hands of the user.
