The AO:LifeCycle Portal is the central nervous system of the next generation of service and support for the mobile enterprise. This multi-tenant system is built on our AO:Java Framework and integrated into our highly scalable open-source hosting environment.  This complex ticket management and work flow automation application has been integrated into the AccuCode Service Hub in Louisville, KY. This system allows end users, help desks, OEM's, application providers and repair partners collaborate to ensure optimal asset utilization for hundreds of devices from all major IT vendors.  This hosted application allows us to create a custom support script and work-flow by device, by customer, by site.  AccuCode uses this system to manage and create visibility of every aspect of supporting the enterprise IT user. Our specialty is providing comprehensive deployment, support and service for applications, mobile computing, wireless networking, VoIP, Video, bar code, RFID, POS, Servers, Networking and Storage. We can provide everything or bring together any combination of subscribers to the service network. Our integrated messaging system ensures communication and integration with everyone that needs to know.

We have created a facility that brings together the benefits and reliability of OEM service with the cost efficiency of a 3rd party repair partner. We are located next door to a Motorola OEM repair facility. Our employees deliver and pick-up on a daily basis. Get your late model Motorola equipment serviced at a US repair facility, with world class customer service and unprecedented visibility of the repair processes. A world class 3rd party repair partner has co-located inside the LifeCycle Service Hub. This partner can provide comprehensive repair service for all major device populations. AccuCode is inviting other OEM repair partners to co-locate inside of our facility. AccuCode owns all aspects of the business process except fixing the broken equipment. Staging. Configuration. Shipping. Hardware and Software Help Desk Support. When a device is broken our system issues the RMA, tracks the return, triage, delivery for repair, triggers the replacement as directed, ensures the proper image and configuration is loaded and provides visibility of the repair process down to the causation and outcomes level.

We have created a shared information environment and a shared operational environment that allows the customer to have one number to call, one ship to address, comprehensive service and support for all populations through one partner and one tool.  We are opening our ecosystem to our peers and competitors because we understand that and ecosystem thrives on diversity and ultimately that we are all best served by a common solution to our common problems.  The software is free to the IT user. The software is free to our Value-Added partners who sell our services. The service & support partners can license our hosted system and access our marketplace.
