| AO: LifeCycle Portal is a multi-tenant, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) application, hosted by AccuCode and integrated into all aspects of AccuCode's LifeCycle Support operations and Service Hub in Louisville, KY. LifeCycle Support provides comprehensive IT support and services focused on the distributed enterprise. We support hundreds of thousands of devices on a daily basis in the largest retailers, distributors and airlines in the world. We've taken 14 years of hands on expertise in hardware, software, support and services and integrated them into an industry changing service and support ecosystem. The AO:LifeCycle Portal is the central nervous system of the next generation of service and support for the mobile enterprise. Multi-tenant means that all users share the same hosted environment but are segregated at the data layer so that each party only has visibility of transactions that they have a direct relationship to. This allows for geographically desperate users and partners to share information and manage processes. This system allows end users, help desks, OEM's, application providers and repair partners to collaborate to ensure optimal asset utilization for hundreds of devices from all major IT vendors. Built on the AO:Java Framework and integrated into our highly scalable open-source hosting environment, this complex ticket management and work flow automation application has been integrated into the AccuCode Service Hub, a shared logistics and repair facility. The Portal allows us to create a custom support script and work-flow by device, by customer, by site. AccuCode uses this system to manage and create visibility of every aspect of supporting the enterprise IT user. The application walks users through support, remote administration, issuing the RMA, triage for inbound devices for repair, transfer to the repair partner, diagnosis, repair outcomes, parts consumed, quality assurance, replacement/return processing, device imaging, configuration and shipping.
